PAYMENTS:

All major credit cards and bank debit cards are accepted online for your vendor payment fee. Online payments are preferred. ** If paying by check, please note your application has not been approved until payment is received and processed. Mailed checks or money orders must be postmarked within 7 days of submitting the application. Checks must be mailed, when applications are submitted, to the address below: BCAACF, Inc. P.O. Non-Profit Vendor Applications are Limited:

There is NO vendor fee for for non-profit organizations and Baltimore County and Mayrland State Goverment agencies who seek to have a table at our festival. We extend FREE, no-cost vendor space to a limited number of organizations and you MUST provide proof of your non-profit status with a copy of the non-profit certificate or determination letter.
