Apply for A College Scholarship

The Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival (BCAACF) is offering its annual scholarships, which are awarded to high school seniors attending a Baltimore County Public High School. The scholarship awards are granted in an amount of at least $1,500, and minimum of 5 scholarship awards are distributed each year. Scholarship awards will be made directly to the post-secondary school that the student decides to attend. Scholarship monies can not be carried over from year to year; therefore, its critical that you advise us of the college, university or trade school you plan to attend, your acceptance to the institution, and when you have enrolled in classes for Fall 2020.

General Criteria
1. Must be a student of a Baltimore County Public High School
2. A cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
3. Entering college (two or 4 year), trade or vocational school Fall 2019
4. Must demonstrate a commitment to volunteer and show community Involvement
5. Incomplete & inaccurate applications will not be considered
