The Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival is a non-profit event, which provides wholesome family entertainment and an educational exhibition of the rich African American heritage in Baltimore County. This annual event attracts on average, 5,000 patrons. The Festival is funded and operates from sponsorship. This festival is free and open to all ages.
