Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s event. The funds generated from the festival event will be used for the following:
- Provide scholarships for students interested in Business, Science and the Arts.
- Assist with the expenses for the festival
- Create a fund to preserve some of the historical treasures within the African American Community in Baltimore County.
Please note: that it is necessary that we limit the number of vendors in certain categories you are advised to respond with a completed application and payment.

Payments by Check
If paying by check, please note your application has not been approved until payment is received and processed. Online payments are preferred. Mailed checks or money orders must be postmarked within 7 days of submitting the application. Checks must be mailed when applications are submitted to the address below:

Non-Profit Vendor applications are Limited:
Non-profit community-based organizations, Baltimore County and Maryland State Government agency vendors that are “Information Only” are free, but must show proof of non-profit status with a copy of the certificate
